Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Software Sales / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, meet clients, present solutions, and close deals for Software Development, Website Development, and Mobile App Development services. The ideal candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-based, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and potential clients to promote our software, website, and mobile app services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and local market research.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and service explanations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/records regularly.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and client locations as required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services (Software, Web, Mobile Apps).
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to convert cold leads into active clients.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and client meetings.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in IT Sales / B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Understanding of software development cycles and terminology.
