Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and confident Software Sales Tele-caller & Admin Executive who can manage client communication, analyze data, follow up on leads, and support internal administrative and HR tasks. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Tele-calling
- Call prospective clients to introduce Software Development, Website Development, and Mobile App Development services.
- Understand client requirements and share them with the technical team.
- Follow up with existing clients for project updates, renewals, and payments.
- Maintain daily calling reports and lead follow-up records.
- Support in converting new leads into business opportunities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze client data, lead lists, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM systems.
- Prepare summary reports for management as required.
Admin & HR Support
- Assist in the recruitment process (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-up with candidates).
- Maintain employee records and basic HR documentation.
- Coordinate internal office tasks and provide administrative support.
- Assist in maintaining operational workflows and communication with teams.
Required Skills
- Good communication and Tele-calling skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic knowledge of software, website & mobile app services (training will be provided).
- Good understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Multitasking and time-management ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales.
- Experience in admin or HR assistance.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
